You can also check the events calendar for scheduled chats and any special events. Otherwise, the chat room is always open - 24 ore su 24. Nobody there? Hang around for a while to see who shows up. Type "*beep enter on" (without the quotes) and you will hear a sound when someone enters. In the meantime, you can click "surf!" in the upper right corner of the chat window and explore the site while you're waiting.
