Present Conditional Tense
A. Complete the following sentences using the condizionale presente of the verbs in parentheses.

  1. Io preferirei mangiare la pizza. (I would prefer to eat pizza.)
  2. Che cosa Le piacerebbe fare? (What would you like to do?)
  3. Noi dovremmo cercare subito un parcheggio. (We would like to find a parking lot immediately.)
  4. Lui vorrebbe noleggiare una macchina. (He would like to rent a car.)
  5. Potresti darmi l'orario dei treni? (Can you tell me the timetable for the trains?)
  6. Le ragazze canterebbero, ma non ricordano le parole. (The girls would sing, but they don't remember the words.)
  7. Teresa parlerebbe tedesco, m non ricorda i verbi. (Teresa would speak German, but she doesn't remember the verbs.)
  8. Tu fingeresti di non capire, ma sei impulsivo. (You might pretend to not understand, but you are impulsive.)
  9. Gli studenti frequenterebbero i corsi, ma non Ë obbligatorio. (The students would attend the courses, but it is not mandatory.)
  10. Voi scoprireste il segreto, ma non sapete come. (You could have discovered the secret, but you don't know how.)
