Accademia Della Crusca
The Italian society was founded in Florence in 1582 to separate the literary wheat from the linguistic chaff, and maintain the purity of the Italian language.
Museum of the Italian Language

Casa Italiana Zerilli-Marimò
New York University-based institution emphasizes literature, cinema, politics, and social studies and also houses NYU's Department of Italian Studies. Cultural outreach program attracts well-known Italian politicians, academics, journalists, artists, and musicians.
CCSU Italian Resource Center
Part of the Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) in New Britain. Equipped with books, multimedia material, and cultural resources for the teaching and diffusion of the Italian language and culture.
Center for Italian and Italian-American Culture
An independent, non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the heritage of Italians and Italian-Americans. One of the Center's principal roles includes promoting the education, arts, language and culture of Italians and Italian-Americans.
Centro Raccontami

Istituto Italiano di Cultura - Los Angeles
The Cultural Office of the Italian Consulate General in Los Angeles has a wide variety of events, Italian language courses, and an art gallery. Scholarships and grants to study in Italy are offered as well.

Italian American Committee on Education
