Dialetto Romano, Romanesco, or Romanaccio?

It's a never-ending discussion on the About Italian Language forums - standard Italian vs. Italian dialects. Recently the conversation centered on the proper term for the dialetto romano. Is romanaccio an acceptable term, or is the proper name romanesco?
