Hey Cucuzza!

The large Italian squash known as a cucuzza (also spelled cocuzza) is also a term of endearment, at least in the U.S. Many Italian Americans pronounce the word (phonetically) as "coogoots" or "gugutz", a form that has been perpetuated in American movies or TV shows that focus on organized crime or the immigrant experience.
