Or is it: Per Cui Suona la Campana? In the About Italian Language forums there's been an ongoing debate about the correct translation into Italian of Ernest Hemingway's title: For Whom The Bell Tolls.

And as the bell sounds in the battle of the relative pronoun cui vs. the interrogative pronoun chi, both sides swing away!
