It's a Vespa! The classic scooter, made famous in the movie "Roman Holidays" has returned to the US. Unavailable since 1983 because of EPA rules, the Genuine Scooter Company of Chicago is now selling a vintage scooter called Stella that evokes the style and design of the classic Vespa scooter.
