"Inche chistu cruciverba spremmenno ncoppa 'e nummere!" Those are part of the directions for un cruciverba interamente in lingua napoletana--a crossword entirely in the Neapolitan language. A typical clue reads: 'O vesuvio 'a tene ncuorpo (answer: lava). There's a help button for those whose first language isn't English--or even Italian!

It's provided by 'A mmasciata, a publication of the Accademia Napulitana, an organization dedicated to the promotion and diffusion of the Neapolitan language.
