Gent.li Sig.ri! Dealing with bureaucracy in your own country is challenging enough, so imagine the difficulty of writing a letter in Italian to request a copy of vital documents, contact long-lost relatives in Italy, or reserve a hotel room.

Thanks for this post… it is extremely helpful. However, I was hoping you could offer some additional advice. I need to write a business letter to a trade organization in Italy. I have three recipients and one CC. How do I acknowledge them in the letter?
